Vern is right, have you often noticed on some threads only the three of them respond to each other, stroking each other's ego or whatever. By putting "them" on ignore is possibly the only way to save this forum...the other is to ban them as other forums do with disruptive people.
The closer we get to the election the worse "they" will become, so why tolerate it?

Ignore works very well. I can "view post" or not without taking anyone off ignore. If I don't, someone will quote the post further down. As long as someone feels they have to respond, ignore will only be partially successful.

I have seen, here, several threads here where all participants, on ignore, are ranting at each other. Those threads where noone but the trolls participate, usualy only last 6 to 8 posts
