        Might be the cancer drugs have him off his game. Referring to Americans works when the primary threat is external (i.e., Comintern), but Trump has been running an us-against-them campaign which makes the term "Americans" too broad & confusing. Trump calling people "not Americans" because they don't agree with him is a bit like Romney's "47%".
