Not saying it wasn't done but lets see the link to the story..Comment

The damage has already been done.
Basically a (leaked) story broke about how intel came to the conclusion that Ivan and the Taliban were treating US infantrymen like trophies to be bagged for prizes. This was reported up the line, met with a "meh", and now is met publicly with another.
People come to the correct conclusion that the admin and the base don't care about things like this. Some people also imagine that Reagan wouldn't put up with this crap and no one in his time would be so crazy as to even try, and a few more people decide to go in a different direction in November.Last edited by togor; 06-30-2020, 06:15.Comment

Wait what?
You only believe things that are on free media?
I'm reminded of the old saying "it's worth what you paid for it".

Here we go again..The article started out saying.. a "source" told the New York Times". There's that word again..
The White House disputes Trump was briefed and said the intelligence was still being vetted..That means, No proof yet he knew ......
By the way, the Daily Mail is a liberal slanted site.. But again. No proof he knew...Last edited by rayg; 06-30-2020, 09:55.Comment

Ray you like to quote the Daily Mail, so,
.
Beyond that, we know how this goes. People will rush in to fog the place with a combo spray of it-didn't-happen + so-what-if-it-did.
Meanwhile many other people are just going to remember that we didn't have these kinds of issues with other Presidents.Comment

How is the opposition to blame for this? The story is sourced inside the administration. You let him off the hook for everything. So why should I be impressed, when people have zero expectations for the guy? Ever think of that? You have the bar set so low for him but get mad at ME for calling BS on that whole idea.Comment

Is this the same "official" source on the Russian hoax? Reminds me of going fishing, the shinnery and smelly the bait the more are hooked. Here we go again..The article started out saying.. a "source" told the New York Times". There's that word again..
