You're in no position to lecture anyone on values.
Property is important. If they trespassed on my land, came trampling through, I'd be pissed.
But spreading the disease through deliberate carelessness does far more damage to the economy than a smashed gate. Some people just can't get that through their thick heads. Freedom, baby!Comment

not like the protesters were cutting across a yard to chat with someone,
they had to break a physical barrier, (vandalism) then what could be called Criminal Tresspass (there is a picture that shows one of the protesters has a rifle in his hand,) and confront the homeowners
bit different from strolling thru a neighborhood and stepping off a sidewalk,
gotta wonder tho,
if someone kicked in the front door to the togor house,, will you be there with a 7up to hand out? freedom baby!Comment

And if there needs to be a prosecution, I'm all for it.
The virus is a catalyst. Because the virus is uncontrolled, then the economy slackens. Then people are off work and have time on their hands to say protest the injustices in their lives. Don't blame the shutdowns. Heck don't even blame the police. Blame the uncontrolled spread. Freedom, baby!Comment

not trolling at all,
infact, most here think or know you are the troll,
I guess that virus must be pissed at Jackson and Maury , and the rest of the statues around,,,,
or that virus made folks so mad they trampled a fence, lit police cars on fire etc etc,
does that virus have a side effect that makes you buy spray paint?Comment

A lot of people have a lot of time on their hands and a lot of people have had injustices done to them, but they don't entertain themselves by destroying the property of someone who had nothing to do with their boredom or injustice. You don't correct an injustice by doing an injustice to someone, anyone else.Comment

Twice now the administration has declared victory over Covid and twice now they've had to walk it back. The people protesting are in many cases the pool of last-hired, first-fired. As long as the virus is creating problems, they will have an opportunity to protest. People can talk all they want about property destruction related to those protests, but they should remember that a certain conservative group takes its name from an act of property destruction in 1770's Boston Harbor.Comment

please cite an instance , in modern times, where a tea party or conservative group protested, torn down public works, kicked in fences and gates, set police cars on fire etc etc,Twice now the administration has declared victory over Covid and twice now they've had to walk it back.
