Does the news tell the whole story? NO! What percentage of people got tested in the first 30 days when the outbreak was finally announced? Small %. The numbers came from infected people seeking medical help. Now with more testing, accurate or not, we have more people "tested" positive. Large %, most are home quarantine, no or little medical treatment. Still the infected people get medical help. My point is they plaster the news with all these new test cases, but is the virus actually spreading? People should still use common sense to stay safe.
