The most ashine thing a mayor has said for awhile. I beg to differ with Togor on the protests not causing spikes. Houstons has spiked, but since the protests, who ever is entering the data seems to be coding many cases on the race line as Unknown. The number has stayed steady for blacks and white, Hispanics lead the way in cases by race yet unknown is now at 18,000. Me thinks the numbers are being skewed.
