What the Hell is racism?

What's to reprimand ? ... hell, if your thinking was prevalent years ago the New York harbor would have been blockaded and your kind wouldn't be here today ... to the detriment of no one

There is no such thing as "race." Scientifically, "race" means "species." The test of species is interfertility, and all types of human are interfertile.

But if you choose to separate out someone by their ethnic origin and insult them -- that's racism.

That goes to the lack of objective scientific precision for the term. Because not so long ago the tribes of Europe and America saw multiple races among them. A N/S divide along those lines can still be found in Europe today.

December Memory

“It snowed last night...
8:00 am: I made a snowman.
8:10 – A feminist passed by and asked me why I didn't make a snow woman.
8:15 – So, I made a snow woman.
8:17 – My feminist neighbor complained about the snow woman's voluptuous chest saying it objectified snow women everywhere.
8:20 – The gay couple living nearby threw a hissy fit and moaned it could have been two snow men instead.
8:22 – The transgender man..women...person asked why I didn't just make one snow person with detachable parts.
8:25 – The vegans at the end of the lane complained about the carrot nose, as veggies are food and not to decorate snow figures with.
8:28 – I was being called a racist because the snow couple is white.
8:31 – The middle eastern gent across the road demanded the snow woman be covered up .
8:40 – The Police arrived saying someone had been offended.
8:42 – The feminist neighbor complained again that the broomstick of the snow woman needed to be removed because it depicted women in a domestic role.
8:43 – The city equality officer arrived and threatened me with eviction.
8:45 – TV news crew from the local station showed up. I was asked if I know the difference between snowmen and snow-women? I replied “Snowballs” and am now called a sexist.
9:00 – I was on the News as a suspected terrorist, racist, homophobe sensibility offender, bent on stirring up trouble during difficult weather.
9:10 – I was asked if I have any accomplices. My children were taken by social services.
9:29 – Far left protesters offended by everything marched down the street demanding for me to be arrested.
By noon it all melted
Moral:
There is no moral to this story. It is what we have become, all because of snowflakes.”

A big part of the problem in this is that of racism is really a matter of class and mores-and upbringing. When she visited Trenton some years ago Reverend Bernice King decried the high rate of illegitimacy. One hard working young (black) Trenton woman told me she knew girls who had been collecting welfare since they were 15 years old. I recall an article in The New York Times from the 1980s, the Reagan administration started a policy of turning management of public housing complexes over to the tenants and giving them FULLauthority. One tenants council decreed that only those related by blood or marriage could live there, 8 couples took a bold and for many a
shocking step-they got married ! One blushing bride was 7 months pregnant, another said she would have invited her mother but she lost her adress.
You take your young black urban male, he grew up fatherless in a female headed household where nobody worked but there was always food on the table, clothes on their backs, a roof over their heads-you think he's going to turn into Mr. Solid Citizen when reaches 18 ?
I am Northern born and bred, still live in the North, but there is a term the Southrons use that should be part of our national vocabulary-"white trash". I am reading the true crime book Bitter Almonds by Greg Olsen about Stella Nickell, a modern day Lucretia Borgia, believe me I wouldn't want them as neighbors or even living in my town.
