Zimbabwe VP say it's not our fault we're stupid ...

The Blacks stole the farms from the Whites thereby causing widespread famine,
then blame the White guys for not teaching them how to grow food.
Marvelous. How can you beat that kind of reasoning ?

A blog that celebrates the U.S. Constitution, personal responsibility, second amendment rights, first amendment rights and small government.

EVERY problem in post-colonial Africa is attributed to whites! Blacks wanted them out SO BAD, but when everything in these formerly prosperous territories rapidly turned to sh!t when whites left, their "crime" was leaving too soon!

lots of fail in that part of the world,

there was a couple of guys that used to put really good articles in The Accurate Rifle, and Precision Shooting on hunting, and then later the political climate and eventual eviction of the white folks in one country,

and the eventual decline of farming and wildlife management afterwards,

if you follow JPS over on Gunboards, you will read of something similar,

Africa could feed itself and more, if it took the time to learn,

guessing the Chinese may step in ,, maybe

I hope they DO take up the "white man's burden"! Of course, they NEVER give something for nothing, & will require political support in exchange, but none of these countries are our friends anyway.

China is already deep into Africa building roads, airstrips,
handing our money to poor locals.

Then they must have discovered a way to get blood out of a turnip -- Africa has virtually no surpluses they can trade.

Vast areas of land suitable for farming and occupying.

But no productivity. If that land were in crops and well-managed, those nations would be quite prosperous.

How will the Chinese make them produce?

But first they'd have to kick the native subsistence farmers off the land.

How difficult would that be ? Not very.
