There are no positive results from increasing the black population. I don't think there is any reason to increase any population.

And if they ran it backward, it might have done that. As it was, poverty -- in decline at the time -- stopped dropping, crime increased, inequality increased (if you don't work, you don't get ahead.) And the Polar Ice Caps will be gone by 2015 (Al Gore told me so, himself.)

Everyone knows how blacks vote on a whole. Providing welfare and PAYING them to reproduce is a no-brainer for guaranteed increased democrat votes.

I don't think there is any reason to increase any population.

Why else do you think liberal fed judges, all radical Dems of course, have made it almost IMPOSSIBLE to limit the flood of Turd Worlders surging across our borders? EVERY exec order or other step taken to control them has been overturned by some fed court. Even if the original invaders can be prevented from voting--legally, that is--their MANY brats will be US citizens, all voting for the party that let their parents in & provided them with financial support.

Togor & his ilk, speaking from a position of "white privilege," will say "ridiculous, such a little bit of welfare money is no incentive to keep breeding," but to any teenage girl it means INDEPENDANCE from her own family--the money to set up in her apartment, & the money left over is more cash than she's ever had in her life.

And if the girl's natural breeding program isn't increasing her benefits rapidly enough, many states include among their Medicaid benefits (which differ from state to state) FERTILITY TREATMENT!!! Can you BELIEVE that a social parasite already supported by welfare would be encouraged by the state gov't to add more burdens on taxpayers? But in Dem controlled states, more "burdens" mean, eventually, more votes for them!

as to Clintonhaters last post, I watched a young woman use her EBT card for the first time one day when I was in the grocery biz,

her mom, and her grandmom where with her, all dressed very well, and it was a celebratory event for them, like getting a drivers license or similar,


I found it very odd, you would think a parent and or grandparent would be happier if they did not need the EBT card

FAR from odd when the "family tradition" going back 3 or 4 generations is life on welfare; the teenage girl has learned from her own mother, who learned from her mother, how the system works.
