    Nurse says Hospitals receive money for positive test cases ...

    And the more positive cases there are the more money comes in.
    Obviously no money for negatives.
    With the dearth of the non virus type of patient, earnings are down
    so there's much incentive for exaggerating the positive virus numbers
    in order to earn the funds necessary for the running of the hospital.
    Staff needs to be paid and desperate times call for desperate measures.
    But people get greedy and the number of positives is exploding.
