One less bad-tempered, abusive, arrogant SOB in Congress.

John Lewis, that is. When I first heard something indistinctly about a death ("passing," I mean) on the TV news, I hoped it was Ginsberg, but this will do for now.

When do you suppose the first statue will go up?

Yours is the minority view. What's it like being a minority?

I looks like the constant yelling and never stopping to catch their breath causes heart attacks or some other early deaths.

This one, Cummings and Al Green probably have sunburn in their mouths.

I'll let you know when I begin receiving my bumped-up Civil Service, SAT, other "minority-compensation" test scores, or one of those gov't contracts reserved for minorities.

Ah so resentment towards others is part of your minority experience. Lewis was among those who was forceful about minority rights, but who believed in the non-violent route.

Sorry, it is not the minority view. He, Lewis was a racist and closet a$$hole.

BTW, Ginsberg is next to 'pass'. Her brain is deader than Bidens.

Agree. Lewis, Cummings and Green are all racist.

              Minority rights ????????

What "rights" are the minorities not getting?

I think many confuse ill gotten gains to minority rights.

"Minority rights," like "equality," ALWAYS comes down to some kind of preferential treatment, advance placement, etc. Ask the many white college or job applicants who have seen minorities with lower performance scores placed ahead of them if they have a right to be resentful.

He flung the door WIDE open during all the different Congressional witch-hunts staged to defame Trump, attacking & vilifying Trump appointees with a viciousness rarely seen since Stalin's show-trials.

But on the evening TV news, prepare to see this bad-tempered POS eulogized & glorified like no one since the Great Demagogue himself.

The Dems have them in profusion like AOC, not one with the brains to pass a Civil Service exam for street cleaner. Her Boston U. degree earned her a job as a bar-maid.

He was someone whose career was built on conditions and events that happened decades ago and never acknowledged that those problems had been solved and today's problems were different.

Acknowledge that he had no further excuses for race-baiting??? Like asking Rev. Al to start buying his suits at Penny's.

                              good observation,

wondering if MLK had lived, if his followers would be on the same path today?

seems Jesse, Al, and others all worked hard to get things for themselves, not so much others,
