Michelle Malkin beaten by BLM thugs while police do nothing...

...this is even more amazing because she was speaking at a pro police rally. These are the exact same things that went on in Nazi Germany and are becoming more frequent. We are approaching a tipping point where if nothing is done the situation will be out of control on a national level.

    Here is the story:

Have you condemned brown shirt tactics in Portland of camouflaged "law enforcement" arrested and holding individuals without due process?

          Yeah, we'll wait.

You don't know what you're talking about: the legal requirements of "due process" don't begin until they are charged, booked, read their rights, etc. How could any of that be done in the middle of a riot? You're out of your mind if you think cops have no right to hold people suspected of a crime until they can be interrogated. Mere detention in the middle of a riot imposes no due process obligation on the cops, & most of the detained scum are released without charges, unfortunately.

Which explains why I keep him on "Ignore."

But he CAN'T put me on "Ignore." It's a compulsion on his part.

Vern, makes no difference how many times you mention the word “IGNORE” they don’t comprehend the meaning. So much cut and paste going on I might have to use it a couple more times.

                    Doesn't answer the question.

But why can't he put ME on ignore? Doesn't he realize that gives ME power over HIM? Sometimes I feel guilty, as if I were playing "fetch" with a retarded dog.

Apparently. Lawsuits allege clear violations of their 4th and 5th Amendments.

I'm not condoning property destruction, acts of violence outside of self defense, etc...but picking people up in violation of their constitutional rights is worth a legal challenge.

I've read elsewhere that it is a mix of police , fed and local, that snatch, take to the station and process,

unmarked etc to prevent any Doxxing etc,

                            no rights violated at all,

eta not random folks either, folks that were observed damaging property or harming others

Their constitutional rights to destroy property, beat up people like Michelle, prevent others from going about their own business?

And YES YOU ARE CONDONING all this destruction by defending these vermin.
