    Tucker Carlson uses "Strike them before they strike us" tactic ...

    and in true Sun Tzu fashion, it worked like a charm;

    he has no leverage over the writer, who probably saw this and smiled.

        No, but his followers do which was the object of Tucker's diatribe.
        The writer might not be smiling now.
        Hoist on their own petard so to speak.

          Carlson followers read the NYT? Will cancel their subscriptions? Leave strongly negative comments?

          Remember Tucker's on vacation because his head writer's online comments caught up to him. Maybe Tucker is worried that more embarrassments are out there waiting to be discovered?

              Tucker should move to a "stand your ground" state, then leave his door wide open.

                  After Carlson named writers, one of them had someone try to break into his house.

                  Everything the Trump/Hannity/Carlson/etc complex touches turns to sh*t.

                  Carlson got a story alright....about what a first-class rabble-rousing A-hole he is.

                      Yes you would have to pay for journalism instead of getting the free kind, unless you are tech savvy enough to get around their paywall.

                      To spare you the suspense, someone forcibly entered one writer's house. Had the guy been in a shooting mood, he had grounds for it.
