With white birth rates low in this country, pretty soon everyone will be a national minority, and while SD might look like Wonder Bread for decades to come, other places will look and sound and smell very non-white.

The thing about I've noticed about some of these minority leaders is that they understand hard decisions, leading through adversity. Truth be told the white leadership class, of both parties, has had an easy time of it their entire lives--even the very old.

Guys like Hannity, Limbaugh, Carlson, same deal. Everything has gone their way their entire lives.

some of those leaders you admire learned to pull up and hitch to the gravy train and not do a lot to help others,


re the white dudes you mentioned, for everyone that makes it to the 'big time' many do not,

and I doubt any were handed the job off the bat, all worked to get where they are,

Even around here....it's all rights, freedoms, etc., what can the system do for me. How come that other guy got something that I didn't, etc. Never mind that people here have been able to do whatever they want their entire lives. I don't even separate myself from the pack on this one. But I can acknowledge it. Sure, I work hard, made good on opportunities given. But some probably with more talent than me never got the opportunity.

they were packed 5 or 6 to a berth to sleep,
