As I noted before, a foreigner who watched network TV in this country (including commercials) for 24 hrs would have no choice but to conclude that the population was at least 50/50.

Philadelphia has a white mayor. I don't even know if he is a high school graduate. He is a former union thug and this was his major qualification for being mayor. All other important positions in this city are filled by blacks. When there is a vacancy they don't even bother interviewing white candidates.

The situation has been this way for over 60 years. Philly is now the poorest of all the large cities in America.
