I doubt there'll be very much difference between them, although if I had my ruthers
I'd choose the EMP. At least with that scenario the government would be totally
non functional and therefore unable to introduce even more chaos into your life.
The other choice, a democrat controlled House, Senate and WH would not only mimic
the EMP's disruption of the grid with their Eagle killing windmills and bird-burning
solar panels, but would add to everyone's misery by an ever expanding list of
regulations and laws designed to keep everyone in need of their help. If you can
imagine a democrat government made up of hundreds of thousands of people like
togor and the nightmare that would result, then like me you'll choose the EMP.
