So what have you done lately to help your country?

Have you gotten on your knee and given the one finger salute to veterans and the flag?

Have you torn down a Columbus statue?

Have you burned down a grocery store and stolen a flat screen TV?

Have you volunteered to receive a trial COVID vaccine?

So you helped a a few "older people." How older are they? I'm 76 and I'm doing everything I can to help younger people and my country.

If you want to do something to help your country go here and volunteer.

Been going to the church to get things done ... staff meetings, prayer, food pantry, choir, etc. Coming home. Taking care of the yard, cats, etc. Watching a little bit of TV. Reading a lot of items. Studying. Generally walk/jog in the late evening or at night. Just regular stuff. Sincerely. bruce.

At our age what can we do now for our COUNTRY other than vote sensibly?

I guess there's always: NOT rioting, NOT burning buildings down, NOT killing police and destroying their cars, NOT kneeling during the National Anthem, NOT collecting welfare and other handouts when you can work, NOT cheating on taxes, NOT breaking our laws, NOT buying foreign made products (when possible), and maybe a few other NOT's.

Perhaps if we just acted like the majority of the people (all colors) and NOT like the BLM ONLY bunch.

Helping people is nice and of course, the right thing to do but some of us need a little help ourselves but that's more of a local thing and not so much "country wise help".

Again, age is a factor. I just finished a little project under my house (on piers) with a broken/rusted water line. Digging and working with no clearance, crawling in tight areas, etc, etc, is no place for a 67 year old person but I am still able to do all the NOT's above.

Here is something that every senior citizen should do that will help everybody, even traitors, terrorists, and insane Marxists like toerot.

Come on and explain what you have done to make America better.

I've been going to work to generate an income so that income can be spent on goods and services so other people can then work and repeat the cycle. I've been wearing a mask and complementing all the ladies that are wearing masks how beautiful their eyes look.

My wife and I adapted mask designs from the web, adding MERV 13 filter material to them. Gave them to friends, family and colleagues. Idea is to give people a mask with decent virus protection for those high risk forays.

Now it's Red's turn to say what he has done. So far he's just put the question to others & posted a link.

Looked MERV up. Like everything in this world, it can be complicated. Virus is small, 1 micron. MERV Applies to HEPA, house filtration etc.

                      Thanks for comment Togor.

Go to work, pay taxes, pretty much what I've been doing all along.
