As VP, Biden was the guy who went to Capitol Hill to try to get something done with the GOP, who in many cases, refused to negotiate with Obama directly, because, you know, his skin and middle name and stuff. And Obama refused to apologize for getting elected.

And Biden reads. He's probably better informed than Trump right now on world affairs because he actually reads the briefs they give him, and he doesn't need them in fonts this big like Trump demands
