Efficient at getting people shot. Not a quality normally to be
equated with efficiency, but it's an offshoot of the democrat
party after all so the usual norms don't apply. The democrat
party has an outstanding record as far as things like this go.

When Darren Wilson shot Michael Brown in Ferguson, MO in 2014, there were riots and protests (even though after thorough investigation it was shown Wilson had no choice.) Gangs in LA in protest vowed to set a new homicide record -- if you can wrap your head around that!!

Around the same time, there was a murder in Stone County, Arkansas -- which is very rare. Three meth heads beat to death a fourth meth head. They were caught within 24 hours and successfully prosecuted. The mother of one of the killers (who is also a meth addict) lived in Mountain View, the county seat. She was ostracized. No one would talk to her. If she entered a store or a restaurant, she would be asked to leave. She finally had to leave town.

Those are examples of how two different cultures react to homicide. One culture has a positive view of killing, another rejects it completely.

Look at where most of these people originally came from. After generations---no improvements, no desire to better themselves.
