Mentally, yes, you have only to hear him speak and that becomes
obvious, but his stature perfectly matches his mental capacity.
He's an obnoxious shortarse and as such has an inferiority complex
as do many short people. His venom filled attack on AG Barr was a
perfect example of just how far down he and his fellow democrats have
sunk on the scale of what one should expect from a member of Congress.
