1. Peaceful protest or destructive mob movement is planned.
2. Law enforcement is deployed with cameramen.
3. Film the procession from start to finish.
4. Have vehicle with Peppery spray equipment ready. Similar to the mesquite vehicles used in Fla.
5. If it stays peaceful, have a nice day.
6. If it turns violent, let the mob get a good start, law enforcement retreat and let the spray vehicle pepper spray/fog the whole procession. No contact.
7. Spray until they have had enough. Treat like dirty laundry "SOAK" them down.
8. Show the world who's at fault.
9. Make the news media show in entirety with "NO" editing.......

We could use it on Canadians at the northern border if they stop being polite!

The Israelis get away with it because they treat the Palestinians like garbage, and their population has come to accept that. For American law enforcement to use it on their own citizens, would only result in actual garbage, sewage, etc. being lobbed back at police.

They certainly refocus your attention. Even indirect exposure to pepper spray is a eye closing experience.

I have 3 cans of bear spray coming up on expiration in 2021, at which point they become practice units. They tend to get passed from user to user in western back country campgrounds, primarily between the people who fly in from elsewhere in the country. Spray has to be procured locally and cannot be taken home on the plane.

I remember when we used a two room gas chamber, tear gas on one side, Chlorine on the other. You came out with your belt buckle corroded green.

No doubt, but STILL it won't stop the committed fanatics, as countless videos prove--they may choke & gag, but won't give up, keep up the rock-throwing, arson, etc.
