Officers rushed into a burning barn and rescued a traumatized horse

Two Pennsylvania police officers rushed into a burning barn and rescued a traumatized horse that was in danger of being engulfed by the raging blaze.

Incredible moment two police officers rescue a terrified horse from a burning barn
Hilltown Police in Pennsylvania were called to scene of burning barn on July 23

Farm worker told two cops at the scene that a horse was stuck inside the barn
Officers Matthew Reiss and Kristian Hanus rushed into the burning barn

They found a terrified horse that was too traumatized to move

So they took a rope, tied it around horse, and had to pull it to safety in nick of time

The incident, which was filmed by police body camera, took place on July 23 in the Hilltown Township section of Bucks County, which is about 40 miles northwest of Philadelphia.

Officers Matthew Reiss and Kristian Hanus were called to a barn in the 1500 block of Hilltown Pike that caught fire.

the horse would have led right out if they would have covered its head so it couldn't see.
