What's your working definition for free speech? Since you speak of tests.

    How about this...

The First Amendment protects our freedom to speak—as well as our freedom not to speak. When we’re forced to support causes with which we disagree, our free-speech rights are undermined. All Americans should enjoy the freedom of speech

The middle part, in bold, that's not right.

The court says "money=speech", wrongly in my opinion. Consider: you oppose War X and decide to stop paying Federal taxes because you don't want your money (your free speech) going to fight the war. The government can and will come after you for tax evasion. You can speak out against the war, but you have to follow the tax laws.

Hard though this is may be to accept, your free speech rights are not injured because another group (in this case BLM) finds its voice.

So now you're in disagreement with the wording of the first Amendment right!...
