406 shooting in Chicago in July. So much for gun control ...

Not sure if Chicago released criminals from prison to protect their
precious lives from the Chinkyflu as did California and others, but
if they did that could account for it - the 406 shootings, A hardened
criminal can obtain a firearm within minutes of getting out of nick.
That leaves him free to go shooting anyone he takes a dislike to
while his hapless victims are the ones subject to gun control.

But then again not all criminals are in prison are they ? Maybe soon though.

So you're saying that half-measures in gun control don't work and it's time to go big? Pretty bold move on your part.

Gun control is not taking away the right of legal ownership.

DT, NFA firearms must be registered. But they can be owned. I can hear it now: "Oh, but those aren't real guns". Umm, yes they are.

Fully automatic weapons are in a class of their own under the law...

The way you accept the democrat gun control without question.
Did you know that if you have a firearm you've owned since before
registration was mandated, it is now illegal. If they find out they'll
                  confiscate it.
