Obviously the man has a serious Mental problem. Going on a rampage inside a restaurant and screaming and hitting a waitress, "I'm a white supremacist, Aryan Nation will rule the world. People covered in tattoos are gonna be my closest relatives, I promise you.".....Far from normal behavior and the man's mentally got a problem... but Togor loves it..
