More conservative people react to rioters and violence by

voting against issues important to rioters, cutting funding, less affirmative action, against immigration, for the wall, etc. They do not riot.

The rioting and violence that we have seen in the usa recently is domestic terrorism, an intimidation technique to gain the upper hand and change policy. Democrats agree or are ready to cave, it seems.

Sometimes, it is point of view. Dictators do not like public uprisings. If gun owners revolt against harsh gun laws, Dems will not like it. If gun owners revolt. We all like a comfortable life without inconvenience and confrontation.

The day is coming when liberals will start to wake up and smell the coffee, too.

I have a met a fair number of liberals who are closet gun owners, privately anti-homosexual, mouth the equality/diversity mantras but live in all white milieus.
The late Senator Tunney complained that when he went from back home conservative to D.C liberal his constituents made known their displeasure. He complained they tried to intimidate him. He said:
"Their intimidation is not subtle. They say 'We will vote against you.'"

Chicago mayor has already...she has banned demonstrations from the street where she lives.

She says she has a RIGHT to protection. She sets the city on fire then hides behind the right she denies the rest of its citizens. I hope all of Chicago can smell the coffee, this Nov, over the foul odor she has caused.

That ought to be against the law! Imagine threatening to not vote for a Democrat!
