          Thank You!
I get the joke, I just don't appreciate it. Addiction is serious stuff to me since I saw an 8 year old girl watch as we put her O.D. mother into our squad. The little girl called the police to report her MOMMY needed help.

            Coke Zero is my preference.

Since Trax feels this is a "joke" and declines to answer a direct question.
Addiction is two parts, those who are active [user] and inactive [in recovery]
Had clients who "joked" when asked a direct question regarding usage and received this type of reply...Draw your own conclusion.
Form 4473 states, "A user of or addicted to" could apply here as to firearm ownership. A medical weed card is no good.

Ah, just so we're clear, from a Rick James quote,...you're stating that:

                -I am a drug user.
-I was a drug user, and in recovery.
-I have lied on multiple ATF Form 4473's when purchasing and/or transferring firearms with my FFL.

What conclusions can we draw from your assumptions?

Can we guess how many "clients" were reclassified after your professional opinions we're legally superseded, due to less than all the facts? Can we assume more than one?

I'm not sure how much further I need to dumb it down for him.

                      Do you have any advice?
