Sad and tragic situation that is going to get worst in my opinion.
To Error Is Human To Forgive Is Not SAC Policy

No doubt, but at least two of those terrorists won't be around to riot again. Poor sap who did it can only be crucified once, so I wish he'd kept shooting.

He may not be crucified at all. I expect he will receive lots of money from sympathetic citizens so he can get the best lawyers to defend him. This is what happened in the Goetz case many years ago in New York City. Goetz had shot several black teens who had sharpened screw drivers and were trying to rob him. He had one of the top criminal lawyers and won the case hands down.

This has already happened, think God! Still, the prosecution will TRY to crucify him.

Goetz did eventually win his case, but only after out-for-blood NYC prosecutors put him through the wringer.
The attorney who is representing Covington Catholic teen Nick Sandmann has offered to represent the Kenosha gunman Kyle Rittenhouse pro bono. Rittenhouse, a 17-year-old Illinois resident…

Not exactly. Goetz won on the assault and attempted murder charges but was eventually convicted of illegal possession of a weapon and served 8 moths of a one year sentence. He also lost a big lawsuit that the shoot-ees have yet to collect on. One problem the prosecution had was the guys who were shot and not crippled continued to re offend. Another was every time they appeared in court they scared the be-Jesus out of the jurors.

A lot of what happens to this kid depends on the law of self defense in Wisconsin. It should be noted that Wisconsin is only a "stand your ground" state if you are in your home, car or business. Wisconsin, like Texas, does not allow a claim of self defense if the person making the claim initiated the conflict.

A good lawyer is good to have, especially if it's a pro bono situation.
