Multiple Democrats on Sunday said President Donald Trump was responsible for inciting violence in Democrat-run cities.

Biden deputy campaign manager Kate Bedingfield said Trump has "been trying to incite violence this entire summer."

People have cars, do they not? They travel from outside the city limits to get in the mix, whatever is brewing.

Seems like an obvious point.

So yes, however you may want to argue otherwise, national politicians should not be saying things to directly or indirectly inflame the debate, for example to encourage people to arm up and travel to cities seeing protests.

The obvious point is that weak or non-existent law enforcement in these Dem cities is a red-carpet invitation to would-be rioters where ever they live to get in on the "fun." If this scum was seeing heads being smashed, & rioters led away in cuffs, on TV, instead of unrestrained destruction & looting, they'd stay away.

Note however that we already see his minions out there trying to take the edge off of the boss's words. Meadows, for example, saying that "most of America is peaceful". That would include lots of cities run by Democrats.

If someone wants a national politician that is unambiguously against violence and inflamed rhetoric--yes, on both sides--then Biden's words and demeanor offer an alternative. Not here, obviously, but you guys can only vote 4, maybe 5 times each, so you need help at the polls.

Biden condemned violence yesterday, about 3:15 Kenosha time. Everyone is still waiting for Trump to half-heartedly do the same.

I tell you Trump is stepping in it. This militia business is another hydroxychloroquine or bleach injections fiasco, messaging wise. Biden will have no problem looking the better man, as determined as Trump is to set a low bar.

Rhetorically speaking, Trump was a bomb-thrower for a long time now. In a contest with anybody over who is a more responsible speaker, he comes in last. It's what you love about him, remember?

The people responsible for the violence are the ones actually doing the violent acts. They may be being paid or just doing it to create havoc or doing it because they believe in what they are doing. Its not Trumps fault.
