I'm not desperate, just pointing out simple facts. If not for gerrymanders the GOP would be even deeper in the House minority.

Desperate is trying to jigger the census to undercount people. Or Trump telling NC Republicans that internal polling shows the state too close for comfort, so they better cheat...again.
