There you go again being contrary to common sense. I have a lady friend that has been a hairdresser for 50 years and still works but mostly voluntary work for nursing homes and shut ins that can't get out and go to a shop. It is common practice for the client sit in one chair at the wash bowl as her hair is being washed. Wearing a mask is not practical, then the customer walks from the sink to the chair her hair is dried and styled. Peelosi was wearing a gown commonly used in salons for that very purpose.
