Florida man is charged with attacking a police officer escorting Rand Paul

Florida man is charged with attacking a police officer who was escorting Rand Paul from the White House after Donald Trump's closing night address to the RNC

Brennen Sermon, 27, of Orlando, Florida, has been charged after the incident
He is facing one count of assault on a law enforcement officer

The officer was part of a line protecting Rand Paul as he left the White House
Sermon allegedly punched the officer in the face, leaving him requiring stitches

Paul later said that he feared for his life amid the 'crazed mob' of protesters

Rand Paul, 3-time cover of Punchable Face Magazine. Some people just have what it takes.

I figured that would be the kind of response we would get from you...But in this case it wasn't Rand Paul getting punched but a policeman..Of course that's still OK with you...Lol

Saying someone has a punchable face is speech protected by the First Amendment, and not an endorsement of actually punching them. As a Trump supporter your confusion is understandable....unclear what is and isn't a crime, LOL.
