Mequon is a north side Milwaukee suburb, part of white flight from earlier decades. What's interesting to me about this one is the restraint shown by the cops, letting a neighbor talk the intransigent perp out of his house to be arrested. They decided not to roll with flash-bangs for some reason, like they would a few miles south. Pity he got his kid involved.
