I am really surprised nothing like this has come out before. Biden has been using his office as a license for inappropriate conduct toward women and girls for decades. A Secret Service Agent engaging in the conduct reported would not only lose his job but get jail time on top of it. If he only got a week suspension it was because everyone in the chain agreed that the conduct would have ordinarily been justified, but shoving the V.P. had to have some consequences.

Of course reporting on this incident, which the Secret Service has added credibility to by admitting that records related to it have been destroyed, will never get any MSM play unless the DHS and Secret Service suddenly find the incident report and documents on how it was resolved.

With you, no allegation against a republican lacks credibility including the perjured testimony against Kavanaugh or the conflicting reports on the current blow up about trump. You are completely assuming facts not in evidence. I can guarantee you this for sure. The one thing essential to being a Secret Service Agent is the ability to maintain self control, especially on the Executive Protection Detail. I don't know exactly what happened and neither do you but I do know it looks really bad and I do know that documents are usually not destroyed within 20 years, especially if they are sensitive (except in cases where they might be "too sensitive," if you get my drift.) If there was no misconduct on Biden's part, or if it had even appeared ambiguous the Secret Service Agent would be in Levenworth and you can take that to the bank.

There are a few things we need to get straight. I don't like Donald Trump. He is totally unfiltered in a way that is often inappropriate for a man in his position. More importantly, he's crude, spiteful and vindictive (reminds me ho Hillary Clinton that way.) Cross him, or even appear to cross him and he'll get you if its the last thing he does. Ask Jeff Sessions. He's the sort of man I can do without. Unfortunately his policies are the sort of policies I can't do without especially when you consider the Bolshivic alternatives. So I'm going to vote for him and smile while I do it.

My evaluation of the Biden incident in the OP is based on circumstances that tend to corroborate it, especially the Secret Service's refusal to rebut the allegation along with Biden's past. The destruction of documents tends to confirm it. If you actually read my post I said that we don't know what happened but strong circumstantial information indicates that something unpleasant happened that involved a SS Agent putting his hands on the Vice President of the United States and nothing indicates he was fired or even received a serious disciplinary action.

Now lets look at the Trump Veterans are losers comment that you put out as fact. There is no consensus about what happened but John Bolton who is no friend of Trumps said that nothing like the comments you posted ever came to his ears from Trump or anyone else and that the decision not to go the the second cemetery was purely a "weather call' that was appropriate and that he agreed with. Bolton also said that if he had any information that Trump had said anything like he's alleged to have said it would have merited a full chapter in his book. If you're going to accuse me of convicting Biden without a trial you're doing exactly the same thing because it fits your purposes and prejudices. Now when someone comes out in public and faces the consequences of making a public accusation I might be more receptive but there's a lot of "he said-she said" here figuratively speaking. To me this is just another example of political "sandbagging" until I see some real corroboration. Trump's views on the Vietnam war are, in fact pretty much the same as Clinton's and Biden's. All three of whom used pretexts to avoid service, even in the National Guard.

If you want me to say that is possible that your parsing of the Secret Service response could just relate to an innocent misunderstanding, I will concede that that's possible but the odds, based on my experience with the Federal system, are 90-10 against.

At least seven women, including Lucy Flores, Tara Reade, Amy Coll, Amy Stoker and D.J. Hill have publically accused Joe Biden of everything from inappropriately invading their personal space, to unwanted touching to sexual assault. If that kind of direct evidence existed against Justice Kavenaugh he wouldn't be on the Supreme Court today. At least two women have made credible accusations of sexual assault against Va. Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax, that was certainly swept under the rug, along with Northam's blackface-Klan pics. If any of those people had been Republicans their careers would be over.

A lot of the time it isn't what you say, its how you say it, it's your condescending I'm better that you bunch of hillbillies attitude. The reason people in places like Missouri or Alabama don't vote Dem is partly policy but a lot of it is the fact that the Dem leadership despises them. You post on guns just enough to justify your real motives. Demonstrating your moral in intellectual superiority.

It will take years for Judicial Watch to get real answers on their subpoenas and by then it won't matter which is the point.
