Two women were I'd and are charged with hate crimes for stealing a MAGA hat from a terrified seven-year-old boy and throwing it over the wall outside the DNC

Olivia Winslow and Camryn Amy, 21, were caught on camera on August 20

The pair were outside the DNC in Wilmington, Delaware, as Biden spoke

They spotted a Trump-supporting mother and her seven-year-old son and
Amy picked up a MAGA baseball cap on the ground near the child and the boy asked for it back, but Amy ran away with it and a scuffle ensued

The pair were arrested on August 23 and on Tuesday charged
