Not so funny if rooster goes after you or child. They have spurs and can rip you up. They will stalk you, pretend to not be going after you, advance when you look away. Or , just come after you. Every rooster I crossed paths with was dangerous. You must be careful and aware.

My grandmother used to raise chickens and had roosters. I remember a banty rooster landing in the middle of her back -- bantys are aggressive as hell!
