Caputo has since apologized for his outburst, wants medical leave, possibly for a lacerated conscience. Apologies in Trump-world are considered a sign of weakness so they may choose to simply feed him to the lions and bring in another stiff to lie to the public at taxpayer expense.

It just means they don't want Trump screwing with their mission. What's wrong with that? Aha, the mob that follows Trump (yes that is the right word) demands like so many hungry locusts that all things yield in their path.
The Ebola outbreak in the US was as Hillary would have stated, was "a nothing burger". There was a lot of fear about it because of the mortality rate as seen in African nations. There were three or four cases in the US with no transmission within the US. I believe there was one fatality. The patients after diagnosis were put into quarantine units in some of our top flight hospitals and given supportive treatment and newly developed antiviral drugs that the Obama / Biden administration played no role in developing. Ebola is a highly lethal disease, but not highly transmittable. It requires direct contact with bodily fluids.

The SARS outbreak died out on its own worldwide. There was no superior handling of that outbreak, just like a fire that extinguished itself.

Watch and compare. There's no refuting this.
