Former Vice President Joe Biden emerged at a Hispanic Heritage Month event in Kissimmee, Florida, on Tuesday evening and played “Despacito” on his smartphone.

Has anyone noticed that Biden is always in a basement or a room when he speaks. Sometimes the walls are covered with flags or banners but it's still an isolated basement or room. Not his fault as he has dementia and I real feel sorry for him. But his people should not have allowed him to run and embarrass himself. But I guess their game plan is for his running mate to take over soon after he wins when he submits his registration due to health issues....
