Is it liberal to report that contrary to what Breitbart would have you believe, Biden is still capable of working a room on his own two feet?

Biden lives 3.8 miles from me and at one time we attended the same church. He is a likeable guy but will tell the given audience whatever it is they want to hear to get a vote. But his 47 year record speaks volumes for everything he did and didn't do.
