    8 Traits of a Unifying Leader .....

In this post, I go over 8 traits of leaders who are effective at unifying organizations with the purpose of offering leaders a framework to assess themselves and make the necessary course corrections. These traits can also be adopted by team members who wish to make up for their leader's shortcoming

The man wrote a great article on leadership " The 8 Traits of a Unifying Leader "

Perhaps past leaders such as Vern will tear this apart... and most definitely those that never have been a leader most certainly will .... because ?

Because our present leader does not seem... to me... able to show any of those traits

Wouldn't it be great if everyone could have their own opinion and just keep it to themselves? But no, they are sure theirs is the only correct one and the only one that counts.

Interesting reading but I believe this doesn't apply to the leader of a Nation that was divided way before the current President took office. Its quite possible the division goes all the way back to the founding of the nation. I've been a military leader and a business leader and have studied many successful leaders and find General Savage and his teachings work the best for me.

Why wouldn't this apply to the leader of a Nation that was divided before the current President took office ?

a real leader would have worked on that division be it in a corporate, military, or political setting... no?

Obama brought more division of the Republic and the Socialist Democrats have continued it.

Is anyone simple minded enough to believe that the deep divisions in the nation only started when Trump was elected? The divisions really started with Bill Clinton was elected, and came to a boil when Hillary wasn't.

Country has been divided since the Civil Rights Act of 1966.

How many stores have Trump supporters looted? How many fires have they started? How many police cars have they vandalized?

After you answer that, tell me just who is dividing this nation?
