    OPA Director Andrew Myerberg described the viral video of the incident as 'heartbreaking' but that did not mean the cop used excessive force

    There were 13,000 complaints about the video filed from around the world

      Wow. Nightmares for a couple of days. I hate having milk poured all over me.

        I'm waiting for a followup on the gal who mooned the cop -- bent over and showed him her bare bottom. And got pepper-sprayed.
