Federal Judge Blocks Trump Administration's U.S. WeChat Ban

A federal judge has blocked President Trump's executive order that would have effectively shut down popular Chinese app WeChat, ruling that the action represents a free speech violation.

A judge in San Francisco said Trump's order targeting the popular Chinese-owned app has a "modest" basis in national security and represents a free speech violation for U.S. users of the app.

Like all the rest, this "order" will be overturned.

Do you need the clips again of Trump praising Xi's handling of the virus?

How about we exile Trump to China, make it a twofer.

Wow, it's a Magistrate which is barely a judge at all. Magistrates aren't even appointed by the president but are hired by and serve at the pleasure of the judges of a District Court. Magistrates do hum drum stuff like approving warrants, hearing misdemenor cases and handling initial appearances in Felony cases. They aren't even allowed to take a guilty plea in a felony case.

I delt with Federal Magistrates on a regular basis, they're a couple of steps above Traffic Courts and J. P.s (LOL I can say that now that I no longer appear before them .)

They're scraping the bottom of the barrel on this and it will be overturned. They're just hoping Trump will be out of office when its appealed.
