2 fukking seconds and from your own state,

    you are the fraud,
You couldn't even read your own link!

In the presence of the elector, the ballot is marked according to the elector's direction.
Meaning: if someone doesn't know what's going on, then they're in no position to vote.

Alzheimer's is a bitch, no doubt about it. I've known multiple people, completely zonked out, lived for years. It's horrible. If their spouses vote twice, it's fraud.

He can't. If he could, it would upset his imaginary narrative, and he can't deal with that.

Since SkidmarksOnSkunk has asked the question, let him cite the law that says people with Alzheimer's CANNOT vote.

And if he can't do that, let him shut his pie hole.

Is absentee voting big in Arkansas?

As I said, let them quote the law that makes it illegal for someone with Alzheimer's to vote. They can't because there is no such law.

Now as to whether my wife wants to vote or not, I don't know. I haven't asked her -- but if she does, it would be illegal for me to prevent her.

And if the Stooges dispute that, let them cite the law!!

Sure power of attorney on absentee ballot is cool, say to help a quadraplegic. But the rule clearly assumes the person is able to direct the process of filling out a ballot. It's true that I don't know the state of progression of the disease in Vernon's household, and neither do you. But for all of the moralizing about voting integrity being damn near sacred, doesn't the defense that "it's not illegal for someone with Alzheimer's to vote" sort of skirt the issue? If they can't the direct the filling out of a ballot, then they should not be voting. But we both know that doesn't stop it from happening. Yes that's fraud.

Based on the visceral reaction, one could draw a reasonable conclusion there is something to the double voting in certain households.

In a totally different approach, prisoners in Canada not only do not lose their right to vote, but when an election is held, polling booths are set up in the prisons. The only restriction is that they have to vote in the electoral district where they last lived. This, of course, is to stop the prisoners from affecting the vote in the district where the prison is located.
