I believe it would be an Obama or Hillary. I really don't believe you need a legal background to be a judge. The lawyer union determined that requirement. Just good common sense and the ability to read the constitution is all that's really needed. If I was sitting on the court over a case I'd keep asking those trying the case, to show me where their position is printed in the Constitution. We have made things much too hard.
