    Trump Tax Returns

    https://www.nytimes.com/2020/09/27/u...pgtype=Article

Story breaking but Ray will have to wait for the Daily Fail coverage.

    A few highlights:

20% of Trump inc. income disappears off the top into unexplained consulting fees.

Trump claimed and got a $79M refund one year by claiming a total loss on a casino, even though he got a 5% stake. That's a no-no to Federal tax law and he's been fighting it ever since.

He has hundreds of millions of debt coming due for which he's personally on the hook.

He paid $750 in Federal taxes in 2016.

Just another fat cat milking the system for his own benefit. Who saw that coming?

Someone has been doing the laundry.

Made me think of this quote from Schindler's List:

    Oskar Schindler:
My father was fond of saying you need three things in life - a good doctor, a forgiving priest, and a clever accountant. The first two, I've never had much use for.

We will hear the "fake news" cries, but it's also fodder for Biden's narrative that Trump is just another free rider, milking the system.

Also....if Trump is such a kick ass businessman, where are the profits? He loses money like crazy.

It was reported today that former Senator Joseph Biden has been on mind enhancing medications for the last 30 years. The un named sources state that they are holding onto medical information of other matters that are quite confidential. Biden's associates state this is false and that Sen. Biden is in tip top health for a man who served 180 years in the Senate.

Trumps tax returns are scrutinized by the IRS to the 9th degree. The IRS knows how much he makes and how much he reports! Believe me, the IRS would get their money if he was padding the reports....Also how did the NYT obtained someone's tax data w/o thier permission...that would be illegal..
Don't forget.. There are probably a good number of the tax people that are Dem's and if he was doing something wrong...That would certainly get out..

Ray we now know Trump claimed a $73M (not $79M) refund in 2010, and has been fighting with the IRS ever since. So the IRS is trying to get their money, and he's fighting them tooth and nail.

But that aside, this supposedly genius businessman actually doesn't make any money. So he pays less Federal Tax than you and me. Kinda gets to the heart of what I've been saying about the guy, that he's a fraud, that he's not actually good at running stuff.

Trump didn't write the tax laws but abides by them.

The IRS is happy. Nuff said on that issue.

Before COVID-19 Trump owned 500 businesses and employed 34,000 people, most of which, no doubt, pay taxes. Those that may not at least aren't on welfare.

The IRS should by paying Trump.

NOW: let's see obama's real birth certificate, college records, and license to practice law.

Don't hate the player, hate the game. Tax returns aside, it strikes at the one mythos he holds dear...he's a great business man, not with 430 million dollar liability, and a net zero revenue to pay it once out of office...either now or 4 years from now.

He's the neighbor down the street with all the toys, and up to his eyeballs in debt...but deducts everything against his wife's multilevel marketing LLC.

                    Bingo!

Only his daughter/wife in this case.

                    From the article:

His daughter appears to have received some of these consulting fees, despite having been a top Trump Organization executive.

The Times investigation discovered a striking match: Mr. Trump’s private records show that his company once paid $747,622 in fees to an unnamed consultant for hotel projects in Hawaii and Vancouver, British Columbia. Ivanka Trump’s public disclosure forms — which she filed when joining the White House staff in 2017 — show that she had received an identical amount through a consulting company she co-owned.

Does anyone think that Trump stays up at nights doing his tax returns? No, he has many accountants on the payroll who know the laws better than us and the NYT.

I'm sure, w/o saying, that he takes as many tax breaks as he can. That's the way businesses are run.

                        Again, the IRS is happy.

Some tax laws probably need to be re-writen. That has nothing to do with Donald Trump and regardless of how much he makes, spends, loses and pays it has absolutely nothing to do with the job he is doing as president.

Changes to Tax Laws certainly help. No conflict of interest there.

                            United States Constitution:

                            Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

What is the "probable cause" justifying this witch hunt through Trump's taxes?
