Apparently the CA dem's didn't like it...but some residents some claimed that trash and debris were left to fester for months without removal, while a conservative sign was quickly torn down within hours
If you look at the video though.. it looks like the sign is a long way from the free way.. Could be they didn't have permission to erect it other wise it looks legal!..

Then , for the same reason, the Hollywood sign should be removed. It doesn't have to be a freeway to cause accidents.
