      You would think that basic safety be a part of employee training along with a way to smother the flames out.

        Considering what he did, I doubt that young fellow can be trained -- it would be like trying to housebreak a monkey.

                He was obviously a "trained" engineer. Attempting to damp down a fire in the grill, he threw on a gallon of oil.
