Unless people are really that stupid and can't figure it out...that is most likely, via orders from the democrat party or a by decisions of the lefty rioters themselves knowing they need to tone it down before the election so as to not jeopardize a Democrat win in the election...

Bad only because, after months, it finally became counterproductive, as many extreme tactics do when overused, but good when it was being used by the Dems to hurt Trump. Important point is, Dems promoted & protected the rioters, so were in a position to control them when it began to backfire.
