I do not see or hear in the video where he said anything at all. What grounds are there for saying he's a "big-shot busybody meddling do-gooder?" It could just as easily be he's her ex-boy friend and she's still mad at him.

I watched the clip, and I don't hear him saying ANYTHING before she spat on him, and I definitely did not see him touch her. She was several feet from him, and had to come toward him to spit on him.

That has been known to happen -- mentally disturbed people spitting on other people.

But since you haven't watched it, don't you think it's a little extreme to suggest the man should be shot?
