It just said copies and probably just copies of the originals....the problem is..The loss of the copies causes a delay in using them and more will need to be made and sent...Probably only a few days delay but a big issue as the info info needs to be confirmed. And any delay could hurt that researching and confirming info and getting it out to the public before the election...
